1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase selected NEFF Appliance from participating retailers between 10th February 2021 and 9th March 2021.

2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be made by Midnight on 30th April 2021. Any claims received after this date will not be accepted.

3. How and when will I receive my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift card is on its way. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your gift card from the date of the confirmation email.

4. Where can I find my ENR number?
The E-NR panel on single ovens is on the right inside of the door. On double ovens it is located on the inside of the cavity. On hobs it is underneath and in the instruction manual. On laundry products it is found on the inside of the door. For any cooling models please visit https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/support/service-assistant to help with locating your ENR number.

5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have not received your gift card in the time set out please contact us and we will look in to this for you. Our office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Excluding Public and Bank Holidays.

6. I cannot upload my invoice, is there another way to claim?
If you are struggling to upload your invoice to the claim page, please post this along with the claim form information to:
