1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase selected NEFF appliances between 23rd October 2024 and 3rd December 2024 from participating retailers and have submitted a valid claim within the claim period.

2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be received by Midnight on 17th January 2025. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is on its way. Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch of the gift from the date of the promoters approval confirmation email.

4. Where can I find my ENR number?
Please visit https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/support/service-assistant and for assistance locating your ENR number. You will then need to click on the 'Rating plate finder' drop down and select your appliance, this will then show you a diagram of where you can locate the ENR number on your appliance. You can also retrieve your ENR number from here too.

5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have not received your gift in the time set out please contact us and we will look in to this for you.

6. I cannot upload my invoice, is there another way to claim?
If you are struggling to upload your invoice to the claim page, please post this along with a completed claim form to:

7. I cannot locate the retailer I purchased my appliance from on the drop down list. Who can help?
Have you tried to type the name of your retailer in to the retailer search field on the claim form? If you are still unable to locate your retailer after trying this, please contact us.
